titleOfInvention Process for preparing cis-dichloro (trans-1-1,2-cyclohexanediamine) platinum (II) complex
abstract A process for preparing cis-dichloro (trans-1-1,2-cyclohexanediamine) platinum (II) by treating 1 mole of tetrachloroplatinate alkali metal in an aqueous solution of 0.9-1.7 moles trans-1-1,2-cyclohexanediammonium tartrate at the alkaline pH of the reaction. the mixture obtained by alkalizing with an alkali metal hydroxide, whereupon the solid product is separated from the aqueous reaction medium by keeping the alkaline pH of the reaction mixture at a pH of from 7 to 12 by repeated additions of alkali metal hydroxide.
