titleOfInvention | A method for detecting early seroconversion, a method for detecting HCV antibodies, and a kit for use in such methods |
abstract | The method for detecting asn with rheonversion in hepatitis C virus hosts, HCV includes the steps of: (a) from a host to a host, and is suspected to contain HCV antibodies; the forestry compound is contacted with the HCV antigen and standardly controlled by the immunological response, and (c) the presence of the immune complexes of these antibodies and of the antigen is determined, in the absence of an immune response. The presence of these immune complexes by standard control and the presence of HCV antigen-containing immune complexes indicates HCV reversal. The HCV antigen is selected from an antigen containing a conformational epitope encapsulated in the HC1 genome of the HCV genome, in the HC2 genome E2 region, or aggregate thereof, under the condition of denaturing. The kit contains HCV antigen and control standards, packaged in appropriate ampoules, and instructions for using the kit. |
