The benzenesulfonylurea and -thiomovine of the general formula I in which R (1) is water to (C.sub.1.n.-C.sub.7) - alkyl or (C.sub.3) - cycloalkyl, R (2) is water, fluoro, chloro, (C.sub.1-C.sub.6) - alkyl; (C.sub.3.n.-C.sub.6.n.) - cycloalkyl, an angle of 1 and 8 carbon atoms in which 1 and 4 carbon atoms are replaced by an acid, nitrogen or R, R (3) and R (4) are all water, (C.sub.1.n-C.sub.12.n) - alkyl, (C.sub.3.n Cycloalkyl, (C.sub.1-C.sub.6) fluoroalkyl, (C.sub.3.n.-C.sub.). 6.n.) -Fluorocycloalkyl, or an angle of 1 to 10 carbon atoms in which 1 and 4 carbon atoms are replaced by oxygen, nitrogen, or R (3) and R ( 4) co-et al (CH.sub.2.n.), Sub.2-8.n., In which one of the groups -CH.sub.2.n.- is replaced by acid, dus or is, E is an acid to or s and r is X is an acid to or s and Y is [CR (5) R (5 ')], sub.mn where R (5) and R (5') ) are all waters to (C.sub.1.n.-C.sub.2) - alkyl, in the group of [CR (5) R (5 and m is 1, 2, 3 or 4, as well as pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. These compounds exhibit a cardiovascular system. The method for producing these compounds and the substance containing them is described below. |
