The method for dimerizing the piperidine of the formula I wherein R.sup.1 is as described hereinabove is described. and R.sup.4.n. are C.sub.1.n. and C.sub.6.n. alkyl; and R.sup.2.n. and / or R.sup.3.n. and R.sup.4.n. with the exception of CH 2, which is a m 2 and 5 atom of carbon, its essence is to reduce the piperidine in the formula MXH.sub.4-mnY sub.mn, where M is an alkali metal, NR.sub.4 group, where R is the same as C.sub.1.n. and C.sub.4.n. the alkyl group, or the equivalent of an alkaline earth metal or equivalent of zinc, X is boron or aluminum, Y is CN and m is 0 or 1 in an amount of from 0.001 to 0.2 weight percent, then to the amount of piperidine of formula I. thus, the piperidine of formula I, from 0.001 to 0.2 wt. to 1 wt. % dimer piperidine of formula I and stabilizing anti-inking agent for sterile amine. \ t |
