abstract A cyclic peptide of the general formula I is described in which A and K have a particular meaning, and the method of this peptide is that the parent peptide is hydroxylated using a microorganism from the genus Actinomyces or converted into a polyanion to form a peptide. use suitable bz, and transform this polyanion into the horse peptide to react it with the electrophilic agent. The pharmaceutical composition comprises at least one peptide of the general formula I together with a pharmaceutically acceptable diluent or kit. The peptide used for the preparation of pharmaceuticals for human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection or prevention. Thus, polyanion 1- (gamma-hydroxy) -N-methylleucine-cyclosporine is described.
