Use benzene derivatives of the general formula I ', wherein R @ 1 is 1. is H, OH, acyloxy having 1 and 9 C or alkoxy having 1 and 6 C; R'.sub.2.n. and R'.sub.3.n. are H, OH, halogen, alkyl of 1 and 6 C, or alkoxy of 1 and 6 C; R.sub.4.n. is H or alkyl of 1 and 6 C; A is a radical of formula (II) wherein R @ 5 is 5. is H, or pop-pad substituted alkyl with 1 and 6 C, alkenyl with 1 and 6 C or alkoxy with 1 and 6 C, phenyl or 4-methoxyphenyl, or two-membered ring with two O atoms; or group B, where B m is given in n; R.sub.6.n. and R.sub.7.n. are H, alkyl of 1 and 6 C, alkenyl of 1 and 6 C, of which any one of the above groups is substituted for a and R.sub.6. and R.sub.7.n. not simultaneously methyl; or R.sub.6.n. and R.sub.7.n. together forming a substituted ring; n is an integer of 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6; and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts and possible stereoisomers and optical isomers of these compounds and salts for the production of ischemic diseases; as well as new benzene derivatives and therapeutics for their treatment. \ t |
