abstract G1 / D4 cell lymphocyte hybridoma is deposited in the collection of pathogenic microorganisms Research in veterinary medicine in Brno under the name CAMP-TK-6/99-Rota G6 / D4, which produces monoclonal antibody against Group A rotavirus Vp6 protein. Monoclonal antibody reacts specifically with rotavirus A and ELISA. In Western blot analysis, the monoclonal antibody reacts specifically with the 43 kDa Vp6 virus protein. The prepared monoclonal antibody is used to further investigate the sensitive and specific behavior of rotavirus, a group of individuals in faeces affected by disease. \ T
