titleOfInvention Synthetic population (fusant) of trichoderma harzianum strains exhibiting increased compatibility and synergetic activity
abstract The synthetic population of the strains 27T and 15RL of mycoparasitic fungus Trichoderma harzianum was obtained by protoplasmatic fusion. The obtained synthetic population combines the advantages of both strains (compatibility with the root system, synergically increased resistance to dicarboximide fungicides and tannin while keeping the tolerance of mancozeb). The synthetic population is intended for producing a biopreparation to ensure the biological and integrated protection of plants against fungal diseases. The synthetic population 27 T + 15 RL is considerably different from all currently known strains and natural populations. Therefore, it is always possible to determine it reliably and so fulfil the conditions of the legal protection of products.
