In the present invention there is described a pharmaceutical aerosol preparation containing a hydrofluoroalkane driving gas, a physiologically active amount of a medicament for inhaling and at least one surface-active agent being selected from a group comprising fatty acids containing 8 to 16 carbon atoms and salts thereof, salts of bile acids, alkyl saccharides and phospholipids being represented particularly by phospholipids with one chain being selected from a group comprising lysophosphatidyl choline, lysophosphatidyl glycerol, lysophosphatidyl ethanolamine, lysophosphatidyl inositol and lysophosphatidyl serine, or phospholipids with a double chain being selected from a group comprising diacylphosphatidyl cholines, diacylphosphatidyl glycerols, diacylphosphatidyl ethanolamines, diacylphosphatidyl inositols and diacylphosphatidyl serines. Such preparations are suitable for use in pressure inhalators with metered dosage. In the present invention there is further described a process for preparing such preparation as well as its use. |
