titleOfInvention | Spinning equipment |
abstract | The spinning apparatus for performing the amine oxide dry / wet spinning process consists of a spin bath liquid reservoir (1) in which a bundling element (2) is positioned to bundle the extruded fibers (4, 5). Above the reservoir (1) there is a spinneret (3) with spinning holes for extruding the fibers (4, 5), between which an air gap (L) is formed between the liquid surface (1a) and a blowing device for cooling the extruded fibers ( 4, 5) after their direct exit from the spinning holes. The bundling element (2) is positioned with respect to the spinneret (3) at such a distance (h) that the angle (.alpha.) Forming the fibers (4, 5) with the perpendicular to the surface (1a) of the spin bath is at most And that the relation 0.1 + 0.005 L is fulfilled. 0.7 d.sub.0 n (hL) / h, where (d.sub.0.n) is the distance between the spinning hole and its always adjacent spinning hole, and secondly the relationship 0.4 mm. . d.sub.0.n. . <=. 2 mm and 0 mm < L < 60 mm |
