The invented parenteral pharmaceutical preparation of human insulin analog complex is characterized in that the complex contains six molecules of human insulin, wherein Pro in position B28 is substituted with Asp, Lys, Leu, Val or Ala, and Lys in position B29 represents Lys or a substituted Pro, des(B28-B30)-human insulin or des(B27)-human insulin, two zinc ions and at least three molecules of a phenol derivative, being selected from a group comprising m-cresol, phenol or a mixture of m-cresol and phenol, whereby the above specified preparation is a complex of the analog that is hexameric. |
