A method of determining the degree of stone formation activity and the composition of urinary stones forming urinary stones in urolithiasis |
abstract |
The method of determining the degree of stone formation activity and the composition of the urine-forming salts of urine in urolithiasis is to add a 9: 1, 7: 1 or 5: 1 aqueous protein solution to the urine formula, applying the mixture as a drop on a flat surface and drying for at least 24 hours, whereupon the characterization of the salt crystallization in the sample boundary is determined; when individual crystals, their conglomerates or total crystallization of this band occur, the weak, reasonable and significant degree of stone formation activity is judged accordingly and the composition of these crystalline formations is determined, while the salt composition of the central sample is determined and the comparative analysis of these compositions is performed to determine the composition stone-forming urine salts.nŕ |
