titleOfInvention Preparation for non-specific immunotherapy of livestock endometritis and method of its preparation
abstract Livestock endometritis of livestock using a non-susceptible immunostimulation preparation of the uterine defense system, which contains 1: 1 inactivated bacteria of Bordetella bronchiseptica CAMP 6229 and CAMP 6230 in 1 ml of nutrient medium and a total of at least 2.5. Preferably a surfactant preferably from the group of saponins in an amount corresponding to a hemolytic activity in the range of 8 to 16 units in 1 ml and 0.1 to 0.15 mg of a preservative, e.g. (ethylhydrargyriothio) benzoic acid, known as sodium merthiolate. The preparation is obtained by submerged cultivation of each of the two strains in 50 wt. parts of the nutrient medium, inactivation by heating to 60-70 ° C, mixing the bacterial suspensions, adding surfactant and preservative, and adjusting the pH to a final value in the range of 7.0 to 7.4. The proposed immunostimulation results in a significant 70-90% therapeutic after intrauterine administration
