abstract Determination of 1-(4-amino-4-oxo-3,3-diphenyl butyl)-1-methyl piperidine bromide and of methyl ester of 2-(4-(2-(1-piperidinyl)-ethoxybenzoyl) benzoic acid in samples of pharmaceutical preparations is performed by liquid chromatography. A sorbent of silica gel type with covalently bonded cyanoethyl groups is used for the separation. The mobile phase is formed by a solution of potassium hydrogen phosphate and potassium dihydrogen phosphate in a mixture of acetonitrile with distilled water.
