abstract | Grains of cereal, oilseeds and legumes, after treatment at the unground form, are left to swell in drinking water from 2 to 18 hours. After swelling and possibly after boiling the rest of water is separated and grains without pickle are filled into a container. The container is sealed and at least partially vacuumed then grains without pickle are heat sterilized. In a preferred embodiment may be grains flavored by using liquid flavoring ingredients. |
