abstract The invented emulgating oil intended for preparation of decontamination emulsion contains 9 to 16 parts by volume of n-butyl acetate or n-amyl acetate, 8 to 14 parts by volume of ethyl butyrate or n-propyl propionate or n-butyl propionate, 3 to 5 parts by volume of n-octyl alcohol, 5 to 10 parts by volume of methyl benzoate or ethyl benzoate or n-propyl benzoate or n-butyl benzoate, 4 parts by weight of ethoxylated nonylphenol of the general formula Ci9Hi19-Ar-O- (Ci2Hi4O)inH, wherein n is either nine or ten, 0.35 to 0.6 parts by weight of alkyl sulfate of the general formula Re(2)-OSOi3 e-.Mee+, wherein Re(2) represents alkyl containing 12 to 14 carbon atoms, and Mee+ represents a sodium ion. The invented oil further comprises 0.6 to 0.9 parts by weight of alkylbenzene sulfonate of the general formula Re(3)- (Ar)SOi3 e-.Mee+, in which Re(3) represents alkyl having 11 to 13 carbon atoms, and Mee+ represents a sodium ion and 11.25 parts by weight of sodium acetate.
