abstract |
The invention relates to the use of an isolate of the original Gram-positive thermophilic bacterial strain identified and designated as Aneurinibacillus sp. H1 for thermophilic biotechnological production of polyhydroxyalkanoates, in particular poly (3-hydroxybutyrate), poly (3-hydroxybutyrate-co-3-hydroxyvalerate) copolymer and poly (3-hydroxybutyrate-co-4-hydroxybutyrate) copolymer in a culture medium containing a carbon substrate, complex nitrogen source and inorganic nitrogen source. The process according to the invention is suitable for the production of polyhydroxyalkanoates on an industrial scale. |
