titleOfInvention | Reaction mixture for quantitative determination of sarcosine in a sample of human urine, serum or plasma |
abstract | The present invention relates to a reaction mixture for the easy, rapid and inexpensive enzymatic determination of the amount of sarcosine in a human urine, serum or plasma sample by automated photometric systems. The reaction mixture contains a reagent R1 which forms sodium chloride at a concentration of 100-200 mM, potassium chloride at a concentration of 30-80 mM, sodium phosphate at a concentration of 10-50 mM, urea at a concentration of 200-500 mM, creatinine at a concentration of 10-25 mM , bovine serum albumin at a concentration of 600 - 800 µMa sarcosine at a concentration of 10 - 100 µM and reagent R2, which form a peroxidase with activity of 10 - 100 KU / l, sarcosine oxidase with activity 2 - 10 KU / l, phenol at a concentration of 1 - 5 mM and dye 4-amino-2,3-dimethyl-1-phenyl-3-pyrazolin-5-one at 0.1-2.0 mM and 3- (N-ethyl-3-methylanilino) propanesulfonic acid sodium salt acid at a concentration of 0.1-2.0 mM or 3,3'-diaminobenzidine at a concentration of 1-10 mM or o-enylenediamine at a concentration of 5-20 mM. The present invention also relates to appropriate diagnostic kits. |
