titleOfInvention | A method for purifying a fugue from biogas plants and apparatus for carrying out the method |
abstract | The process of purifying the fugue from biogas plants comprises the following steps: diluting the fugue with water, diluting the fugate with a dry matter content of 6.5 to 7.5% with water in a ratio of 1: 3 to 1: 4, after dilution the value of COD.sub.Cr must be less than 30000 mg / l; pH measurement; shock pH change to 4 to 4.5; dispensing the adsorbent suspension and dispensing the inorganic precipitant / flocculant solution, homogenizing the mixture; changing the pH to pH 8.5, homogenizing the mixture; dosing a solution of organic cationic flocculant, slow homogenization; sludge flocculation and sedimentation; separation of sedimented sludge and purified fugate. The apparatus for cleaning the fugue from the biogas plants comprises a fugue dilution container (1), followed by a first reactor (2) having an inlet for the diluted fugue from the container (1), an inlet for the pH lowering agent from the container (4), an inlet for an adsorbent from a reservoir (5) and an inlet for solution of an inorganic precipitant / flocculant from a reservoir (6), followed by a second reactor (4) that has an inlet for a homogenized mixture from the first reactor (2), an inlet for the pH increasing agent from the container (7) and the flocculant inlet from the container (8), followed by a separator (9) for separating the sludge (12) settled in the second reactor (3) and the purified fugue (11) from the second reactor (3). ), the device further comprises a water reservoir (10) which is optionally connected to the individual reservoirs (1, 4 and 8) for the water supply. |
