abstract | BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a device for improving the quality of stagnant water in outdoor water reservoirs, particularly hypertrophic and eutrophic ponds with low water transparency. The essence of the invention is that a closed floating body (1) of translucent biodegradable material is placed in the tank so that the body (1) protrudes with its shorter part above the surface (2) and its longer part is buried below the surface (2), the maximum dimension (x) of the body (1) in the vertical direction is at least twice the maximum dimension (y) of the body (1) in the horizontal direction. |
