titleOfInvention Highly sensitive surface sensor for the detection of gaseous substances and its production
abstract The surface sensor for detecting gaseous substances according to the invention, in particular for the detection of HMPA, DMF, DMSO, DMAC, NH 3, is formed by a membrane of 25 to 40 µm thickness, made of polymeric nanofibres of thickness 50 to 320 nm, which are provided with a polyaniline-based sensory layer on their surface, the sensory layer having a thickness of 80 to 90 nm and comprising polyaniline in the form of spherical formations. The membrane is made of nanofibers made of polyamide, polyvinylidene fluoride, polyurethane and / or polyvinyl acetate. The method of producing this highly sensitive surface sensor for the detection of gaseous substances is that an electrically conductive polyaniline sensory layer is deposited on the nanofibrous membrane prepared by electrospinning technology from a solution of any of the abovementioned polymers after immersion of the membrane in the in-situ reaction solution. in the same solution on the surface of the nanofibres by the oxidative solution polymerization of aniline hydrochloride with ammonium peroxodisulfate in a weight ratio of 1: 1,2 to 1: 2,2 at normal temperature for a maximum of 24 h, after which the product is washed with water and dried at room temperature.
