Method of surface modification of proteins for preconcentration of analyte for desorption-ionization techniques of mass spectrometry and immunochemical essays |
abstract |
The essence of the technical solution is the method of modification of solid substrates by proteins for effective surface preconcentration of analyte from multicomponent samples before detection based on desorption-ionization mass spectrometry and immunochemical assays. The subject of protection is a method of modifying surfaces used as substrates for desorption-ionization mass spectrometry and immunochemical assays. The method is based on electrospray (electrospray) of a protein solution, depending on the intended application of enzymes, lectins or antibodies. The charged electrospray is dried in real time by passage through the evaporation space and the formed bundle of desolvated ions falls on the surface to which it is bound. The modified surface can then be used to selectively interact with the affinity partner of the deposited protein, by preconcentration or by enzymatic modification followed by desorption-ionization mass spectrometry analysis or immunochemical assays. |
