titleOfInvention | Immunomodulatory composition with antibacterial and antiviral effect and its method of preparation |
abstract | Immunomodulatory composition with antibacterial and antiviral action, obtainable by (i) disintegrating and homogenizing the mixture consisting of (a) human or animal blood or a component thereof, (b) an enzymolytically active component consisting of oxidoreductases, transferases, hydrolases, lyases, isomerases and / or ligases and from amino acids, oligopeptides, peptides and / or proteins, (c) at least one monohydric, dibasic and / or trihydric alcohol having a total number of carbon atoms of 1 to 22, (d) at least one aliphatic organic acid having a total number of carbon atoms of 1 to 4, and (e) a plant-mineral mummy wherein the volume ratio of component (a) to components (b) plus (e) is 1:99 to 99: 1; (ii) leaving the disintegrated and homogenized mixture at a temperature of not more than 35 degC and a pH of 1.5 to 6.9 for 1 to 24 hours, (iii) subsequent separation of the supernatant from the mixture; (iv) fractionating the supernatant and (v) optionally concentrating and / or lyophilizing it. The solution also relates to a method for preparing the composition. |
