titleOfInvention | A method for producing substituted phosphonic diamides |
abstract | A method for producing substituted phosphonic acid diamides, wherein the corresponding bis (trialkylsilyl) phosphonic acid esters are reacted with an alkyl- or aryl ester-encoded amino acid of C.sub.3.n.-C.sub.16.n. or the hydrochloride of such compounds. , in the presence of a polar organic solvent, an organic base and a reactant for the activation and exchange of oxygen at the phosphonic function, heating the reaction mixture for 1 to 6 hours at a temperature of 40 to 100 degC depending on the bulk of the introduced amino acid to produce the desired products high yield and purity required for drug substance. These products can be used as prodrugs of biologically active phosphonic acids. |
