abstract | The present invention relates to instant or powdered or granulated milk beverage blends, tea beverage blends and soluble tablets. These products are applied to the edible liquid and upon dissolution and mixing are ready to be consumed. These dry beverage compositions contain from 0.5% to 35% by weight of insoluble fiber psyllium husk powder and from 0.01% to 5% by weight of strawberry, cocoa, vanilla , orange, currant or non-powdery powder and / or 0.5% to 35% by weight of maltodextrin. Furthermore, they may contain from 0.01% to 35% by weight of the herbal extract, either individually or in a mixture selected from the group consisting of extracts of medical andelic, fennel, hermit, hawthorn, hibiscus, nettle, linden, peppermint, medunka, muesli, sea buckthorn, rosemary, cinnamon, quill, and ginger. For soluble tablets, the composition is based on 0.5% to 32% by weight of insoluble fiber psyllium husk powder, 0.5% to 32% maltodextrin, 0.5% to 32% fructose, 0.01% to 2% by weight. magnesium citrate, 0.01% to 2% by weight of malic acid. Alternatively, the composition of the soluble tablets may be supplemented with 0.01% to 5% by weight of strawberry, cocoa, vanilla, orange, currant or honey powder. In addition, the mixture of soluble tablets thus prepared may additionally contain from 0.01% to 35% by weight of the herbal extract, either individually or in a mixture as described above. |
