titleOfInvention | Method for direct regioselective and enantioselective C-alkylation of cyclic, cyclamic and oligoalkylenoligoamine derivatives |
abstract | C-alkylated cyclic, cyclamic and oligoalkylenoligoamine derivatives of formula I wherein Q.sup.1.n. and Q.sup.2.n. it forms an asymmetric center and where just and only one of the substituents Q.sup.1.n. and Q.sup.2.n. is alkyl or substituted C1-C18 alkyl, benzyl or substituted benzyl, 2-phenylethyl or substituted 2-phenylethyl and wherein the other of Q.sup.1 is. and Q.sup.2.n. is hydrogen, wherein the multipliers m, n, r may be independently 1 or 2, wherein the multipliers w, z may be independently 0, 1, 2 or 3, a single-stage chemoselective, regioselective and enantioselective C-alkylation of cyclic, cyclamic and oligoalkylenoligoamine derivatives of the general formula formulas III and IV. The synthesis of C-alkyl cyclene, cyclam and oligoalkylenoligoamine derivatives in this manner reduces the number of reaction steps and minimizes reaction times. |
