abstract |
Disclosed is a method for identifying binding partners with position-specific arrays by means of mass spectrometry. A position-specific ligat array is produced on a carrier material by means of small volumes which are position-specifically mounted and belong to reaction partners. At least two successive reactions are carried out gradually. The position-specific ligat array that is fixed to the carrier material is incubated with a mixture of ligands. Ligands that are not bound to the ligat array are subsequently removed and the ligand/s that is/are bound to the ligat array are further characterised by means of mass spectrometry. |
