titleOfInvention Binder geopolymer blend
abstract In the present invention there is disclosed a binding geopolymeric mixture hardening at temperatures within 15 to 95 degC and intended for producing slurries, mortars and concretes. The mixture comprises 35.01 to 93.90 percent by weight of fly ash with specific surface area within the range of 100 to 600 me2/kg, 0 to 40 percent by weight of a substance with specific surface area within the range of 200 to 600 me2/kg being selected from the group consisting of ground Portland clinker and blast furnace granulated slag,5 to 15 percent by weight of an alkali activator, such as a mixture of sodium and/or potassium water-glass and NaOH or KOH expressed as percent by weight of Nai2O or Ki2O with SiOi2/Nai2O or Ki2O ratio being equal to 0.1 to 1.0, and 1.1 to 9.99 percent by weight of an aluminium additive containing at least 35 percent by weight of Ali2Oi3 such as calcium aluminates, alumina cement clinker, gibbsite, boehmite, anhydrous Ali2Oi3, calcined or non-calcined bauxite, aluminous clay, calcareous clay, aluminium hydroxide or mica. Preferably, more than 50 percent by weight of the aluminium additive particle size is less than 60 microns.
