Chimeric nucleic acidnhas at least one TNFα promoter enhancer attached tona copy of the TNFα promoter and further attached at least tonone copy of the apoptosis-inducing gene which is further attachednto 3'UTR. The apoptosis-inducing gene is granzym B. Solutionnfurther relates to methods for preparing and using chimericnnucleic acids suitable for self-regulation of apoptosis anpharmaceutical compositions comprising said chimericnacid for the treatment of inflammatory disease.
