abstract | The preparation regulates, but mainly extends the life of cut flowers, pucks and green flowering trees. It consists of water-soluble organic and inorganic compounds consisting of four groups. Group A is a mixture of at least two alkali metal, earth and aluminum salts in an amount of 0.5 to 35 wt. parts; B is a mixture of at least two dihydroxy-to-polyhydroxy- and dicarboxy-to-tetracarboxone compounds, including nitrogen-containing organic compounds (ethylene glycol to polyethylene glycol, glycerol, monosaccharides to polysaccharides, acids: maleic, citric, tartrate; parts: a C group of at least one biocide in an amount of 0.005 to 0.8% by weight. and a D group is a water-soluble silver compound in an amount of 0.005 to 0.8 wt. parts.
