The present invention relates generally to compositions and methods for the treatment of cancer and neoplastic disease. There are provided herein substituted compounds of 3-aminopyridine derivatives, substituted 3-aminopyridazine compounds, and pharmaceutical compositions comprising said compounds. The compounds and compositions in question are useful for inhibiting histone deaminases. Further, the compounds and compositions of the invention are useful for the treatment of cancer, such as prostate cancer, breast cancer, bladder cancer, lung and / or melanoma cancer and the like. |
