abstract In order to provide a diagnostic and therapeutic drug, a bombesin analogue peptide antagonist conjugate is provided which conjugate has the general formula (I): [A- (B) n] xC, wherein A is a metal chelating agent comprising at least one radionuclide , B is an insertion molecule linked to the N-terminus of C or a covalent bond, and C is a peptide antagonist of the bombesin analogues as claimed, wherein further x is an integer from 1 to 3 and n is an integer from 1 to 6.
