abstract The invention relates to a method for enhancing the pro-inflammatory properties of TF expressed in eukaryotic cells by contacting microbubbles obtained from said eukaryotic cells with a negatively charged phospholipid such as phosphatidylserine. The invention also relates to microbubbles obtained using said method, as well as to their uses as anticoagulants, for wound healing and for promoting angiogenesis.
