Composition for the treatment or control of inflammatory disease or anterior segment disease comprising a separated glucocorticoid receptor agonist (“DIGRA”: dissociated glucocorticoid receptor agonist). The composition may optionally comprise an anti-inflammatory agent, an anti-inflammatory agent, or both. The composition can be formulated for topical administration, injection, or implantation into the anterior part of the eye or adjacent tissue thereof. |
