abstract Herein are described lipid nanoparticles loaded with drugs, such as peptides or proteins. There is also disclosed a process for obtaining them and their use in the preparation of a pharmaceutical composition. According to a preferred embodiment, the drug is an LHRH analog, more preferably an LHRH antagonist, and the lipid matrix comprises at least 70% w / w monoglycerides.
