Useful for treating conditions, disorders and diseases associated with ryanodine receptors (RyR) that regulate the functioning of the calcium channel in cells. The invention also describes pharmaceutical compositions comprising the compounds and uses thereof to treat diseases and conditions associated with RyR, in particular cardiac, musculoskeletal and central nervous system (CNS) disorders. </p>
