titleOfInvention PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINING SUBSTITUTED N-ALENIL ACRIDONS
abstract This invention is related to the field of organic synthesis and aims to develop a process for obtaining substituted n-alenyl acridones of the general formula: In which R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7 and R8 is a hydrogen or halogen atom or a nitro, amino, alkyl, trichloromethyl, trifluoromethyl, alkoxy, alkylamino, acetamido, aryloxy, cyano, hydroxyl group, and R0 is an alenyl group. Acridones are a family of heterocyclic compounds that have three rings fused together, which characterize their base structure. Recently there has been a development in the biological investigations of this family, proving that some derivatives have antiallergic, antiviral, antitumor activity. Given the importance of its biological properties, the present invention provides a new method for obtaining N-alenyl derivatives of acridones that allow improving solubility as well as performing other chemical transformations in its structure. The alkylation of the acridones was carried out with the use of catalysis by liquid-liquid phase transfer using quaternary ammonium salts as the reaction catalyst. As a product of the alkylation with propargyl bromide, an R-CH2-C-CH structure is not obtained as expected, but an accumulation of accumulated dienes R-CH = C = CH2 which is demonstrated by spectroscopic methods. We are not aware that these derivatives have been obtained under the reaction conditions described in this invention.
