titleOfInvention POLYUSTITUTED THIOPHENES AND THEIR OBTAINING PROCEDURE
abstract The invention relates to the process for obtaining and characterizing polysubstituted thiophenes, produced by reacting brominated acetamides derived from furoyl and benzoylacetonitrile with binucleophiles such as aminomercaptoacrylates and their salts, in the presence of asolute ethanol as solvent and by reflux, by a synthetic method simpler and advantageous than those reported for similar compounds. Synthesized substances have proven to have an action on the Central Nervous System and are important intermediaries for the synthesis of novel complex organic structures, of great biological potential. The compounds obtained were unambiguously characterized by quantitative elemental analysis data, IR and NMR spectra, mass spectrometry and X-ray diffraction. Presenting the following general structure. FORMULA SPACE
