titleOfInvention | PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINING A PRODUCT OF MARINE ORIGIN FROM THE MARINE PLANT THALASSIA TESTUDINUM. |
abstract | The present invention relates to the branches of chemistry, specifically to obtaining natural products from marine organisms with promising pharmacological activity, which allows their use in the branches of medicine and cosmetics, especially related to the procedure of Obtaining a product of marine origin from the marine plant Thalassia testudinum Banks ex KD Koenig, which has properties to stimulate hair growth, protects from sunburn and neuro-protection and hepato-protection. To obtain this product the marine plant is collected, washed with water and a previous freezing of the plant material is carried out at temperatures between -2sC and -50SC, subsequently, it is dried at temperatures ranging between 30 and 90 degrees C, Processed in such a way that its particle size is between 1.0 and 0.05 mm, the powder obtained is moistened with a weak base and is extracted using as solvents an alcohol derivative as solvent, in a solid / solvent ratio ranging from 1: 1 to 1:40 and using heating at temperatures between 40s C and 80s C and stirring between 20 and 200 rpm for a period of time between 1 and 24 hours, this process may or may not be repeated several times, and finally it is taken to dry powder by lyophilization or spray drying. |
