titleOfInvention | Cleaning agent with anticorrosive effect |
abstract | This cleaning agent with anti-corrosive effect is designed for cleaning and a concurrent short-period preservation of the metal surface, particularly bearing rings. It is applied at room temperature up to 80 degrees C in a concentration of 0.2 to 5 % by weight. The cleaning agent contains 5 to 50 % by weight of the reaction product of boric acid, diethanolamine, citric acid or tartaric acid in a molar ratio of 1 to 6:1 to 9:0.5 to 3.5, which occurs in an environment of polyethylene glycol of medium molar mass of 200 to 1000 or mono-, di- or tripropylene glycol or a mixture of these substances and water at 50 to 120 degrees C; the residue to 100 % is formed by water. The cleaning agent can also contain benzenesulphonic or toluene-sulphonic or sulphosalicylic or alkylbenzenesulphonic acid or acidic ester of sulphuric or phosphoric acid in a quantity corresponding to the molar ratio of 0.5 to 3.5 against the used boric acid. A further aspect is that the content of polyethylene glycol or mono-, di- or tripropylene glycol or mixture of these substances is 45 to 75 % by weight with content of water, including water occurring from the reaction, of 5 to 45 % by weight. Another aspect of the cleaning agent is that it contains 0.5 to 25 % by weight of non-ionic tensides and 0.5 to 15 % by weight of anionic tensides. |
