abstract The method of production of sulfonamide derivates of alkyl sulfonamide phenethylamines is of a general formula I, where alk is C1-4-alkyl, R<1> is C1-4-alkyl and Het is the rest of the formula E, F or G, in which R<2> is hydrogen, methyl or ethyl, X is oxygen, sulphur or the rest of NR<4>, where R<4> is hydrogen or methyl and their pharmaceutically utilizable salts, characteristic by the fact that a compound of the general formula B, where R<a> is an amino group or the rest NHSO2alk and Het is the rest of the formula E, F or G; which can instead of -NHSO2alk configuration contain also an amino group providing that in the starting substance molecule there is at least one amino group is let to react with the C1-4-alkansulfonylchloride or -bromide or with an anhydride of C1-4-alkan-sulphonic acid. Finally the product of the general formula I is converted to salt. The produced compounds are efficient as anti-arrhythmic active substances and can be used in pharmaceuticals.<IMAGE>
