titleOfInvention | Process for the preparation of reduced nicotine-amldadenine dinucleotide phosphate |
abstract | The process for the preparation of reduced nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate is based on the action of n-nicotinamide adenindine nucleotide phosphate in the presence of phosphate and glucose or its source by permeabillised cells of genuine yeast or yeasty microorganisms. Particularly preferred is the use of Rhodotorula glutin DBM 18 cells deposited in a collection of microorganisms of the Department of Biochemistry and Microbiology of the Institute of Chemical Technology in Prague under No. 18, pressed baker's yeast, dried active yeast, pressed feed yeast or waste brewer's or wine yeast. The permeabilized cells can be lyophilized. The reduction can be carried out in the presence of Mg Zn and in the presence of inhibitors of microbial contamination development such as sodium azide or sodium fluoride. |
