abstract The solution falls into the surface areanactive substances. So far known effectivenhydrotropes are aromatic sulfonates;ntoluenesulfonates, xylenesulfonates, ethylbenzenesulfonatesnand sodium cumene sulfonatesnor potassium. It has now been found thatnefficient and cheap hydrotropes are alkalinenindansulfonic acid salts.nAlkali indane sulfonates in tengide productionnand detergents in liquid formnhigher concentrations of active compoundsncomponents, reduce clarification temperatures,nreduce viscosity. In the manufacture of powder detergentsnby spray dryingnallows the addition of indane sulfonates to be producedna higher content drying handlendry matter and lower viscosity. Additionnthis additive acts to increase bulk densitynpowders, their lower stickiness b.nallows them to be more dissolved.nCompared to the previously known hydrotrips, they havenalkaline indane sulfonates advantages in highernefficiency at low cost. Another advantagenis a synergetic increase in cleansing efficiencyndetergents and the addition of indane sulfonate.
