To increaseneffect of 1,4-dioxane is recommended,noptionally stabilizing components such asnsodium acetate, glucose or maltose. Acquirednthe eluate is freed from excess saltndialysis or diafiltration. In the above mannernit is possible to prepare fully nativenelectrophoretically pure immunoglobulinnigG.
