abstract Es werden Verfahren zur Synthese neuer acylierter Lysergsäurealkanolamide der allgemeinen Formel I beschrieben, die zurTherapie der verschiedensten Formen verminderter cerebraler Leistungsfähigkeit, insbesondere der alterbedingten Erscheinungsformen, Anwendung finden sollen. n Die Herstellung der I erfolgt erfindungsgemäß entweder durch Acylierung der als Zwischenprodukte auftretenden Lysergsäurediethanolamide IV bzw. Lysergsäureethanolamide V in gängiger Weise z.B. mittels eines reaktiven Säurederivates in Pyridin oder durch Kopplung einer entsprechenden Lysergsäure 11, die vorher in eine aktivierte Form überführt wurde, mit einem bereits acylierten Amin VII. n Schließlich können die in 2-Stellung unsubstituierten unter Verwendung eines milden Halogenierungsmittels, wie z.B. N-Bromsuccinimid in Dichlormethan, in 2-halogenierte Derivate überführt werden.
