titleOfInvention | Method of separation of collidine fraction components |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method for separating collidine componentsncoal, brown coal fractionnpetroleum or synthetic origin combinationsnazeotropic water distillation and plainnrectification. Both rectifications are madenon equipment with an efficiency above 50 theoreticalntrays, preferably 80 theoretical trays.nAzeotropic distillation is carried out by massnthe ratio of collidine fraction and water componentsnin a distillation batch in the range of 1: 1 to 1: 1;n1:10, preferably 2: 3 to 1: 4. Azeotropicndistillation with water gives a binary mixturen2,4,6- and 2,3,6-trimethylpyridine with waternand azeotropic mixture of 3,5-dimethylpyridinenwith water. In simple rectification, it is obtainedna binary mixture of 2,4,6-trimethylpyridine with waternand 3,5-dimethylpyridine and 2,3,6-trimethylpyridine.nAzeotropic trimethylpyridines mixturendistillation can be divided into purensimple rectification. A mixture of 2,4,6-trimethylpyridinenwith 3,5-dimethylpyridinenfrom simple rectification can be divided into purencomponents azeotropically with water distillation. Interfractionnand water separated from the azeotropic mixturesncan be used in a further distillation batch, nor circulate in the case of continuousndistillation. |
