abstract Neuartige Hydrazone abgeleitet von 3-Formylrifamycin S oder SV als Aldehydo-Komponente und einem bi- oder tricyclischen N-Aminopiperazin als Hydrazino-Komponente der Formeln worin R 1 , R 2 , R 3 , R 4 , R 5 und R 6 unabhängig je ein Wasserstoffatom oder C 1-4 -Alkyl,n m und n unabhängig je eine ganze Zahl von 0 bis 5, X C 1-5 -Alkyliden, Benzyliden oder C 1-4 -Alkoxymethylen, Y C 1-5 -Alkyliden, C 1-4 -Alkoxymethylen, Oxy, Thio oder gegebenenfalls substituiertes Imino der Formel -N(R)-, worin R für Wasserstoff, C 1-4 -Alkyl, C 3-5 -Alkenyl, C 3-12 -Cycloalkyl oder Phenyl steht,'oder X und Y zusammen ein 1,2-Cycloalkylen oder o-Phenylen, welche durch 1-3 C 1-4 -Alkylreste substituiert sein können, und n Rif einen durch die freie Valenz in 3-Stellung sich bindenden Rest von Rifamycin S bzw. SV bedeutet, zeichnen sich durch eine hohe und langdauernde antituberkulotische Wirksamkeit aus. Sie werden in konventioneller Weise, z.B. durch Kondensation ihrer Bildungskomponenten, hergestellt.
