titleOfInvention Inactivated vaccine against paramyxovirus pigeon infection and method of its preparation
abstract Inactivated paramyxovirus vaccinenPigeon infection is being prepared fromntwo paramyxoviruses of serotype 1, velogenicnstrain of poultry pseudomorph virus NDV / Bratislavan76-100 / 80 CAPM V 284, insulatednfrom the pullets, and from the mesogenic pigeon strainnparamyxoviruses PMV-1 / Nitra 3/4821/83 CAPMnIn 285, which are propagated in allantoicngerm fluid inactivatednformaldehyde, adsorbed onto gel hydroxidenalumina and mixed in equal parts.nMineral oils are added as adjuvants.nThe vaccine is used for protective vaccinationnpostal and ornamental pigeons agednfrom 6 weeks. It is given by subcutaneous injectionnat a dose of 0.2 ml per piece. The vaccine isnharmless and does not cause local or overallnpost-convulsive disorders. It is recommended to combinenvaccination live and inactivatednvaccine. Resistance to infection arisesnwithin 14 days and lasts at least 6 months.
