titleOfInvention A method for the preparation of pancreatic isoeous alpha amylase
abstract The solution concerns the field of medicine, clinicalnbiochemistry, enzymology, chemistry and biochemistryncarbohydrates.nThis purpose is achieved by znpancreas extracts after homogeneization, nfrom which after the removal of lipidnthe fractions are precipitated with ethanolnor methanol and acetone;nthe obtained crude fraction containingnalpha amylase is isolated by pancreatic isoenzymenan affinity method from a diluted environmentnethanol or methanol by starchn2-chloromethyloxirane. Zonof the complex obtained, the alpha amylase is isolatednwith a buffer pitch of pH 5 to 6 ornglycogen solution at pH 7 to 7.5.nThe invention is particularly useful in medicinenand clinical biochemistry for enzyme preparationnstandards of declared activitynalpha amylase isoenzymes as materialsnto check the accuracy and accuracy of the assaynof individual isoenzymesnalpha amylase in routine differential diagnosisndiseases of pancreas and parotis, onnin enzymology, chemistry and biochemistry of carbohydrates.
