abstract | The invention is within the scope of synthetic drugs.nIts subject matter is 11-piperazino-6,11-dihydrodibenzo (b, e) thiepinesnformula I,nwherein R represents a hydrogen atom or an atomnchlorine and R 1 is hydrogen, methyl ornethyl, and their salts with organic acids.nThe compounds of formula I and their salts exhibitnsignificant efficacy in antagonization assaysneffects of reserpine in mice and rats, which isntypical of potential antidepressants. Substancesnthus, the invention can be used in mental therapyndepression. The compounds of formula I are accessiblensubstitution reactions of the respectiven11-chloro-6,11-dihydrodibenzo (b, e) thiepinesnwith 1- (2-hydroxyethyl) piperazine, 1- (2-methoxyethyl) piperazinenand 1- (2-ethoxyethyl) -npiperazine under various conditions that arenpartially described in the examples. Neutralizationnof the base of formula I obtained with organic acids,npreferably oxalic acid ornmaleic acid are obtainedncrystalline salts which are suitable for implementationnpharmacological tests and preparationndosage forms. |
